This little dance in 6/8 utilizes all seven diatonic chords derived from the C major scale. The repeating patterns and sequences make it accessible for rote learners as well as readers. It also uses melodic inversion, which might be interesting to beginning composition students. Suggested fingering, dynamics, and pedal are included in the score.
