This is a solo arrangement of the third variation from 12 Blues Variations for Piano by Jared Metzger Abel. It is a fun way for students to explore swing, the minor blues scale, the barrelhouse shuffle, and the basic 12-bar blues form. Students are encouraged to choose their own tempo and dynamics.
